Participants
Festival managers from every age/nationality/gender who are interested in digital evolutions and new technologies and interested in becoming part of a network to construct and share knowledge related to the topic are invited to the training.

This 4-day long programme is aimed at festival managers worldwide who are interested in the impact and use of digitalisation and new technologies within the arts’ and festivals’ field, who wish to improve their communication skills, learn from experts in the field and exchange ideas with their peers.
Because of the format, participant will be able to discuss the topics they are concerned with, the role to bring the artistic offer to the maximum attention of audiences, the extent of their responsibility in relation to the artistic programme, the success stories and the challenges they face.

Amira Al-Sharif
Freelance photographer, artist related to ICORN - Yemen/France
Amira is a Yemeni
photographer with over seventeen years of experience documenting the beauty and
suffering of her beloved country. Her work has been published in Yemeni
newspapers as well as internationally with National Geographic, The Washington
Post, and The Guardian.
She has received
multiple prizes, fellowships, and nominations including the World Press
Photo Foundation, Women Photograph and Prince Claus Fund.

Serafima Buchinskaia
Programme Director Genesis Festival, the New Stage of Alexandrinsky Theatre - Russia
Serafima (Sima) Buchinskaia is a festival production manager, curator, teacher, and visionary based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She holds a Master of Arts double degree from Smolny College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Saint Petersburg State University and Bard College, New York.
Her professional experience includes both theatre and cinema festivals (Open Cinema Film Festival, International Theatre Olympics, Diaghilev Postscriptum.

Fatemeh Ekhtesari
Writer, Poet related to ICORN - Iran/Norway
Fatemeh is an Iranian poet, writer and a freelance filmmaker, who has published 8 books including poetry collections, short story collections and novel. Some of her poems have been performed by different singers.
After she was repeatedly arrested for her activity in Iran, in 201 7 she moved to Norway, where she is trying to continue her art works as a poet and writer. She is currently studying visual arts.

Ola Husamou
Writer, Artist related to ICORN - Syria/Sweden
Ola is a Syrian poet, writer, development trainer and cultural activist,
currently resides as an ICORN guestwriter in Eskilstuna, Sweden.
She worked in print and electronic newspapers, and in several Syrian and
Arab children's magazine. Besides this job, she also wrote and directed several
plays for children and adults, and she participated in other plays as an actor.

Nikola Koprivica
Programme coordinator Filmski festival Herceg Novi/Montenegro Film Festival - Montenegro
Nikola Koprivica comes from Herceg Novi, a lovely and sunny coastal town in Boka Bay, Montenegro. He graduated in Production department at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, Montenegro.
For
the past five years he has been working at the Public Cultural Institution in
Herceg Novi called Herceg Fest (JUK Herceg Fest).

Tanya
holds a master degree in Finance from Kiev National Economic University.
In 2019
she joined «A-Cube» company as Head of Marketing and Festival Direction and
since 2013 she has been working in discounter retail chain retail
chain «HalfPrice»,
She
adores sport and traveling and she tries to unite these two areas. She has run 5 marathons in Europe and she also surfs whenever and wherever there is an opportunity. She is currently attending choreography classes.

Nomsa Mazwai
Founder #FunkItImWalking/ Soweto Theatre - South Africa
Nomsa Mazwai also known as the artist Nomisupasta is an artist, social activist and future leader of South Africa. She is a Fulbright Almunus who graduated with her MA in International Political Economy and Development.
Nomsa works tirelessly to make South Africa a safe space for women and members of the LGBTQI+ community by ensuring that everyone can walk at any time of day in any condition.

Lorenzo Pappagallo
Consultant, Theatre & Dance Curator and Producer - France/Italy
Lorenzo is a French- Italian freelance performing arts curator &
producer based in Madrid and collaborating since 2014 with different
international art institutions to foster the interchange of Spanish and
European artists and to draft the programming of festivals and
multidisciplinary artistic seasons.
Recent collaborations were the curation of Paris-Madrid Tandem with both
City Councils and the programming and coordination of the Spanish Focus in
Tbilisi (Georgia) in the framework of the 22nd edition of the GIFT
FESTIVAL.

Ieva Tamutye
Deputy Director Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society - Lithuania
Ieva is the Deputy Director of the Vilnius Festival and the
Lithuanian National Philharmonic Society, where she is responsible for concert
organizing, customer service, PR and marketing.
She has a Master degree in musicology, with a specialization in communication and PR. Her main interests are classical music, books and travelling.

Katharina Wickel

Katharina Wickel is living and working in Berlin (Germany).
After studying History and English Studies (B.A.) at Augsburg University and Tartu Ülikool as well as Cultural Studies (M.A.) at Humboldt University Berlin, she is now working as Communications Manager for the Baltic Sea Music Education Foundation e.V.

After
studying French and Spanish literature (UGent, BE) and theatre studies (UA,
BE), he started working as a French teacher in high schools.
Since the end of 2016 he is working at BOZAR, Centre for Fine Arts, in Brussels, where he is responsible for the communication of theatre & dance, literature and agora (conferences, debates, lectures…) departments.

Katharina Wolfrum is part of the Theaterbüro München. This is an initiative supporting and advising independent artists in Munich by providing one-to-one-counsel as well as workshops on fundraising, project management or rhetoric.
Her background is in theatre studies as well as
cultural management in general. She studied in Munich, Stockholm and Berlin.
